Booking

Booking online holds a time with the staff member you choose. The service, time and cancellation terms shown on the booking form when you book are the ones that apply to that booking.

You can view or cancel a booking with the link in your confirmation. For changes close to your appointment, call us at (945) 942-8888.

Deposits and cancellations

Some bookings need a deposit. When one does, the booking form shows the amount and the rules before you pay, and you agree to them before paying.

Deposits are paid to the salon through Stripe and count toward your bill at the salon.

Gift cards

Gift cards work for any service at H&Y Beauty and have no expiry date. A card bought online is sent by email right after payment.

Text messages

Program name: H&Y Beauty Appointment Texts. If you tick a text box when you book, H&Y Beauty texts you about that appointment: a booking confirmation, a cancellation notice, and a reminder if you asked for one. We don’t send marketing texts.

Texts are optional, and you can book without them. Message frequency varies with your bookings, usually one to three texts for each booking.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (945) 942-8888.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
