What we collect

When you book, we ask for your name and mobile number, and optionally your email address and a note for your stylist. We also keep the appointment details: the service, who it’s with, the time, the language you booked in, and whether you asked for texts or emails.

You don’t need an account to book, and we don’t take payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only for your appointment: to confirm it, remind you if you asked us to, let you view or cancel it, and contact you if something about your visit changes. The staff member you booked with sees your name, phone number, service and note.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Text messages

We text you only if you tick a box asking for texts when you book. Texts are about your appointment only: the confirmation, a cancellation notice, and a reminder if you asked for one. We don’t send marketing texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Companies that help us run the site

A few companies run this website and deliver our messages: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Brevo (email), Twilio (text messages) and Cloudflare (domain and bot protection). They handle your information only to provide these services to us.

The map on our pages comes from Google Maps and loads only when you choose to show it.

Cookies

We may use a cookie to remember your language. The bot check on the booking form, from Cloudflare, looks at basic information about your browser to tell people from bots. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment records for as long as we need them to run the salon and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can cancel a booking with the link in your confirmation. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call or visit us.
